Not an important problem, but NETPOSTX  doesn't appear to make use of the
internet  tag given  in  NETNEWS CONTROL  when  creating the  message-id:
field.  This   means  that   our  site  yields   message-id:s  containing
@LIVCMS.BITNET. This  may be confusing  as we  aren't part of  BITNET and
LIVCMS  doesn't mean  anything  outside of  our tiny  RSCS  network of  3
machines.
