Do you know which Bite your tongue! Irvine is over 50 miles from Los Angeles. It is one of the cities in Orange County, a metroplex in its own right. We need no reference to other places, thank you. Ahem. I don't know of any hotels that have specific accessibilty setups, but i can tell you they're awfully expensive. I reccomend you try to stay in Santa Ana, Tustin, or better still, Anaheim. As for vehicle rental, i'll look it up for you. But i do know the local bus comany OCTD has a program called Dial A Ride that uses small lift equipped buses that you can call to pick you up and take you to specific destinations.
