How about one person being the receiver of the ads (via U.S. Mails) who can decide if it is of interest or can be edited if too long and then the ads are put out ONE DAY only each week. This way we can expect that on X day we will recieve this and can decide to scan or pass them and we won't have to be bothered with them the rest of the week.
