I have only UUCP mail access and am attempting to get some copies of some of
the RFCs available from the Network Information Center.  I sent a request to
request@nic.ddn.mil and have gotten no response whatever (failure or
otherwise).  Can anyone lend a hand and explain the "proper" address to request
RFCs from?  Thanks.
