Hello there!

I have read in a number of publications that HH The Dalai Lama
has set up a TibetNet network.  This was reported in The Guardian
(UK newspaper) and a couple of computer magazines.

Does anyone know any more?  Is that network linked to this one?
Is there a mailing-list?  Does anyone know a contact name?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

If I can manage it, I will set the followup to news.groups as I think this is
appropriate.  Apologies in advance if I make any mistakes!
