It's clear how to be simply minded and *not* generate the information, but with all the references, *something* is known about the subject matter isn't it, it's know which newsgroups they are in, isn't it? >Is there *any* value without it? The concensus was, "not much". Finally, as a list, it firmly belongs in news.lists.
