My theory on this (I have the same trouble) is that somewhere in
the news there was a message that was making nnmaster fail. As
soon as that message expired, all was normal again. I noticed this
because I expire news on a 1 day basis, and the school keeps it
longer. With no extra work, the nnmaster locally went back to
normal immediately, and the school one is still fouled up.
