I thought came to mind; so I fulfilled a life long fantasy of mine..... I caught some and fried them up in butter with the coleman stove I brought and ate a couple dozen. I suggest that everyone should try this because they were YUMMY!!!!! E-mail me if you have any favorite bird dishes. Here is my recipe: 4-5 cups fresh hummingbird 1/4 cup butter pinch of salt season to taste Fry for about 4-5 minutes and serve hot. Feeds about 1-2. Thank You Joe White
