Will caller-ID systems be accepting information from the cellular sites in order
to identify the cell phone user's number?

This would seem complicated at best.  Also, since cell phone companies are more
competitive for users, it seems they'd be less likely to force such a 'service'
on their clients.

If this is true, it seems yet another great reason to use cell phones.
