Either that or >I'm not looking in the right place. :) Joe, I suggest you try Alpha Microwave. They make a large number of Gunn diode oscillator modules and assemblies. They make a basic module (called the MSM 1000 if my memory serves - and it has been going fast lately!). This module includes the oscillator and detector and a few other pieces and should be perfect for your application. It has the advantage that it already meets the FCC regulations, something that should save you much trouble. I do not have Alpha's address at home, but you should have no trouble finding them if your extensive library contains a Thomas Register or other buyers guide.
