they don't offer sufficient anti-discrimination clauses in case
of vaccine-induced seropositivity (eg army, immigration).
And at this era, of mandatory reporting etc...few people
would like to be HIV-Positive (even vaccine-induced), when no
legislation is in place to protect us.
