Recent film coverage on CNN of the fighting in Lebanon showed what
appeared to be some variant of the M4 Sherman tank in the service of the
Christian Militia forces. Does anyone know if this is the case? 

In general, is the Sherman in active service use anywhere today? How has
it been changed to reflect advances in technology and changes in tactics?
