Site "dciem" has returned after upgrading to SunOS 4.0.3. There was
no loss of news or mail until yesterday when approxiamtely 10-20 out-going
news batches got trashed due to an as yet unknown bug in the version
of uux we retained from v3.4 (which got Segmentation faults just before
it was to update the UUCP sequence number [causing later batches to overwrite
the old batch!]). Sorry, but I don't think that there is much we can do to
recover this lost info.
