Sometimes I wonder if it's worth the effort to make SIMIBM.ARC, the
complete index of the MSDOS collection at SIMTEL20.  People don't seem
to be using it.  If they were, postings such as this wouldn't occur.
XXencode/XXdecode has been available from SIMTEL20 for 3-4 years!

In addition, I have posted it to cbibmpc and cbibmpcd in several
occasions.
