A while ago, I posted a message asking for pointers to software
(preferably free- or share-ware) to emulate a mouse using IBMPC arrow 
keys.  Several people claimed that there was a PC Magazine utility that 
did ths, but no-one gave a specific reference.  Well, I've now looked 
through a couple of megabytes of PC Mag utilities without finding it 
(though I did find some utilities for emulating arrow keys with a mouse!).  
So I'm asking again, but this time, please reply only if you have
specific information (I'll take code too :-).  I have access to
the usual ftp archive sites.
