I want to write some mouse routines that will work under DOS (yech) or
Minix.  I can't use any of the DOS BIOS routines, because they aren't
interrupt driven.  I have to talk to the mouse hardware directly.

Microsoft $%^@&*(#!{])= didn't include any of this very important
information in the book, "Microsoft Mouse Programmers Reference".  If
anybody has this information, will you please e-mail it to me.  If
anything good comes, I can summarize to both of the above newsgroups.
