Dear Friends of C.B.I.P.D,

	This newsgroup is here to discuss comp.ibm.pc binaries, or lack thereof;
how (well) they work, or don't work; to announce the availability of a program;
and MAYBE to ask about procurring a program (but it ain't comp.ibm.pc.wanted!).
It was originated to have a newsgroup _specifically_ to have a place to discuss
the contents of c.b.i.p.  However,...

	...This is NOT comp.sys.ibm.pc!!!!!  Queries - and responses - like the
following are not rightfully placed - nor answered - in this newsgroup!  Please
help us in keeping relevant questions and discussions in c.b.i.p.d.  Thank You
VERY _MUCH_!!!

	And if some poor ignorant soul should by mistake (how else?) post such
an inquiry, please restrain yourself from issuing a public reply which only
serves to compound (and continue) the problem.  Instead reply by private e-mail.
