  Sorry, if I missed it, but I recall someone announced
the latest version of FBM, the fuzzy bitmap converter that
converts just about every graphics format (from SunRaster to Amiga
IFF).  I have version 0.96 which I got from nl.cs.cmu.edu in
Oct '89.  This doesn't seem to have support for the Targa format,
though all I need is the DigiView which is in 0.96.
