Can anyone suggest a reliable CCITT Group III / IV (de)Compression
package (preferably not part of a complete image package)?
Ideally, I would like a test suite to verify correctness
of our compression implementations.  I have heard of a package put
into the public domain by McDonald Douglas about a year ago, but I
don't know where to find it.  I need it to run on either a Sun 3/4
or intel-based machine.  I will post a summary if there is enough
interest.
