In his "C++ Answer Book," Tony Hansen mentions a couple of public
domain programs, c++decl, which "will convert between an English
representation of a C++ declaration and the equivalent C++
syntax," and cparen, "which will fully parenthesize a C++
expression."

Does anybody know where I might obtain these two programs?
