Can anybody help me with or better yet provide me with a chunk of source
that shows how the raster information of a GIF image is decoded.  I have the
GIF spec. from compuserve, and also the LZW compression document by 
Blackstock.  But I think I'M JUST TO F#!@%$ STUPID to understand it.  I
was thinking, that if I saw a piece of source which just showed that one
routine, I could figure out what's going on.

PS Maybe I could post the name of the person who has the best ability to
   explain this concept.  I would think that a lot of people would admire
   (and maybe send hundred dollar bills to) such a person.  :^)
