They make a hard disk adapter that fits under the Z80; you lift your Z80 out, plug it into this board, and then plug the board where your Z80 goes. It talks to a Western Digital 1002-05, which they also sell (WD doesn't even admit this thing ever existed anymore; it seems that if it doesn't plug into a PC they're not interested). They sell software to drive the thing.
