One of the <minix-ref> referees has reported to me that cdecl works fine and
asked me what happens next. I don't know the answer.

For the benefit of the MINIX community (especially those who would submit
things to the referees), would the procedure for referee'd items be stated?
Who announces what to whom? and when?

Note for referee'd items: the <minix-ref> file size limit is currently
100kbytes. Adjust the files you submit for referee'ing accordingly.
