(513) 252-7681 Lines: 32 I too enjoy a mind stretching game more that an shoot-em-up. Dungeon games require problem solving (Dungeon Master and Ulitma are 2 good examples) but there are a plethora of such games out. Some mind games I can recommend are: Emerald Mind - Pick up gems by solving certain aspects Prospector - Sorta like Emerald. War games - Kampfgruppe, Gettysburg, Blitzkrieg at the ardennes (Last one could use a little improvement) Chess Games - Yeah, Chessmaster 2000 looks great, but Sargon III is better Sim City - Fun and enlightening. The Enigma Device - Nifty Crytoquiz game. Scrabble - The version I have can't keep correct score. Risk - Soon to be released (so I hear) Fred Fish also has some neat PD games that require thinking. Not too many of the simple, but hard to solve puzzles of the old 8-bit machines. More graphics and less puzzle on the amiga. Hope this helps. Also Tetris, (although I like the pd version "stienslaug" better) is archade and thinking. -jim- -- ------------------------------------------------- Jim Priestle - via FidoNet node 1:110/300 UUCP: uunet!dayvb!afitamy!Jim.Priestle ARPA: Jim.Priestle@afitamy.fidonet.org -------------------------------------------------| >>>> The // Air Force Institute of Technology | > // Amiga Users BBS/UFGateway | > \ // Dayton, Ohio (513)-252-7681 | > X/ 1:110/300 | -------------------------------------------------|
