A simple question.  When 1.4 is available, how will we, the non-registered
developers, learn all about its intricacies?  Will there be an enhancer
manual that covers all the programming aspects?  How long after 1.4 could
we expect to see new RKMs?

The reason I ask is that it seems as if a complete 1.4 enhancer manual
will  be a pretty major piece of literature (wishful thinking?).  Does anyone
know what the documentation strategy is?
