Yes, it exists for VMS - I believe the ZOO distribution source contains
instructions for compiling it under VMS. If you can't find an FTP site - Send
me mail and I'll mail you what I have.

Notice that CMS ZOO only supports Stream_LF files - this won't be a problem
unless you are on an old version of VMS (pre V4.4 I believe).
