	Can anyone tell me exactly what the disk.resource system calls do?
As near as I can guess, AllocUnit and FreeUnit allocate the disk drive
itself, and the GetUnit and GiveUnit calls allocate the disk controller.
	Am I right?  If not, what does it do?  I'm working on a hard disk
backup program with a few novel twists, and the only way I can get it done
is by going to the hardware.
