The Partner fee is $600/year, and one of the benefits is equipment discounts. If you need to purchase a fair amount of hardware for development purposes, it's a good deal. If the Partner or Associate program is not right for you, you can get the Technical Notes from APDA and subscribe to d e v e l o p (total is about $100/yr). -- David A.
