Yes, it seems to still be valid--tell your dealer to look up OLR853 in
the Service Programs (I think) icon on AppleLink.  (That'll get it for
sure...you can also use "GS AND ROM" and get about 8 items, one of which
contains the ROM 01/VGC upgrade bulletin.)
