There is an hp-28 archive site running on plains.nodak.edu that is accessable
by anonymous FTP.  It's an informal archive of comp.sys.handhelds as well
as the hp-28 listserv.  All programs are offered on an as-is basis.  Any bug
reports should be addressed to the authors.
