Lines: 13 We are having great difficulty installing NCAR GRAPHICS on an HP9000-835SE running 3.1. Among the problems are: the machine-dependant routines that must be properly implemented for our system. The code is predominantly in Fortran with calling sequences to C support routines. These calling sequences are system-dependant. Also, the HP Fortran has a slightly different syntax than standard. The result, at compilation, is many source code errors throughout hundreds of files. A debugging strategy is not a reasonable alternative here. Has anyone run into this problem and how has it been solved? or can anyone let us ftp over the executables and supporting files so we can get running? Thanks in advance.
