Greetings all.

I've made a few sporadic attempts to access the archives at SIMTEL.  They
claim to have an automatic E-mail access system:  that is, you send a
message with what amounts to a command file.  In response, the system
there mails you back whatever your command file indicates.  The only
problem is, I haven't been able to get an E-mail message successfully
from here to there.

BTW, "here" is not an open subnet machine.  Any suggestions?  Any 
success from other closed machines?
