OrCAD/SDT III is a Schematic Design Tool that runs on the IBM PC.
OrCAD Systems Corporation is based in Hillsboro, Oregon.

Does anyone out there have a public-domain description of the binary
format of their schematic files?  I'd like to use them to develop a
set of design traversal subroutines in C that would allow me to bypass
their netlister and annotation tools.
