You may want to call them at 1-800-531-4742 (US outside Texas) or 1-800-IEEE-488 (in Texas) or (512) 250-9119 (anywhere in the world, your dime). They have an outstanding C library package that works with MS-C. I had very good experiences with it in previous employment. Please note that I have no association with National Instruments.
