I am looking for a windowing package for use with C and C++ (TurboC
and/or Zortech C++ to be more specific). Is there anything out there
that supports notions like frames, panes, virtual windows, menus,
graphics, etc.? I am essentially looking for capabilities that are
similar to those found in environments like Smalltalk. Any info,
opinion, personal experiences, etc.  are welcome.
