I have responsibility for a heterogeneous environment that includes
Suns, Silicon Graphics IRISes, and Macs. We will be adding several users
in the near future that will preferentially be using IBM PC(-compatible)s.
My question for the net is: can anyone recommend some reasonably technically 
detailed books on DOS that will help us get up to speed on the required
lore for understanding these beasts and making them full-fledged members of 
our environment?
