I've started to wonder whether the Codepage feature of DOS3.3+ can be used
for keyboard remapping instead of the traditional INT09 replacement.  What
I want to do is use ALT-keys to generate what INT16 will think are normal
key codes, except they can take on values up to 255.

Can anyone point me to a reference (even the MS-DOS Encyclopedia is mum on
the details) or send info on how to generate a new codepage or appropriately
modify an existing one?  I've stared at a dump of KEYBOARD.SYS for awhile
but can't quite see the pattern to it.
