After the upgrade we found that the system was not recognizing a drop in carrier by our modems, and therefore not logging users out if they accidently got disconnected. No changes were made to the modems during the upgrade. I could not replicate this problem on our production system. In addition, some of the "modems" are actually T1 ADUs which also worked fine (thereby ruling out a modem-incompatibility or setting problem). Any ideas? Please E-mail; I don't get to read news that often. Thanks in advance. -- Steve
