% your customs broker for any dutiable item entering the United
% States through the mail. I believe that below some limit, they
% will prepay the duty and fees and collect it from you on
% delivery. Above the limit, I believe either USPS or Customs will
% send the recipient a letter and demand payment of the duty in
% advance. I don't know what the limit is. Our duty and fees came
% to about $40 and USPS collected it on delivery.
