  There are also a lot of Psion VARs catering to various niche markets-
  the company can point you to them. They also tend to sell things 
  through camera shops - like Dixon's in the UK and Henry's in Canada -
  but I don't know if the new laptops are being sold that way, or if
  so, through which US retail outlets.
