American Typewriter is NOT monospace.  Neither is ITC Machine.  Orator
and Prestige Elite are, though.  Some monospace fonts that Chuq didn't
mention are Letter Gothic (Adobe #27), and OCR-A and OCR-B (Adobe #58).
