I have read IM V on color Dialogs.  It says that there is a color table for
the dialog (and for the dialog items?).

However, I am trying to write an application in which the user adjusts/chooses from
a color palette, and I am using the palette manager.  Is there any way to use a color
palette with a modal dialog?
