      This was a typo in the release notes.  RISC/os 4.00 conforms
to System V Interface Definition (SVID), Issue 2, to the extent described
in the release notes.   SVID Issue 2 corresponds to System V Release 3,
and SVID Issue 3 will correspond to System V Release 4.
