Regarding performance information for Helios, Perihelion has
just completed a technical note  with a very extensive set of 
benchmarks including communication and various benchmarks with 
their associated on-chip, off-chip, with Helios, without Helios
permutations.  Those interested in a copy can contact Perihelion in
the U.K., probably Parsytec in Germany, and MIMD Systems here
in the U.S..
