Forget about a comp.windows.ms.binaries or similar.  The volume in 
comp.windows.ms is so SMALL, that it is not even worth considering.  Take
a look at the volume of the ibmpc, Mac and Amiga groups to get an idea
of what kind of volume makes a binaries and sources group feasable.
