And true, I've got to run the server in bug compatability mode. I find that it is a VERY useful tool. It could be better, but so could every piece of software I've ever seen. Yes, I've had it crash when editing a half dozen files. Yes, the keyboard macros could be better. I run it all the time under X11R4 with Motif window manager, and I have seen NONE of the weird problems that the fellow at Cadence saw. Maybe the problem is with X11/NeWS (aka WeirdWindows).
