A short while back I asked for availability information on the proceedings
of the recent Boston Technical Conference.

I had 6 replies from people saying they would like this information as well.

I'm afraid nobody has been able to answer my original request.

 - Surely proceedings exist?

 - Surely, people giving talks and presentations were asked
   to supply a copy of their material to the organisers?
