I have patched the R4 Xsun Server to support up to three Sun cgtwo frame
buffers on a single display.

After almost a month of soak testing, I feel that it is solid enough to
distribute to anyone interested.  I have run all the MIT distributed clients
and most of the contrib clients on the multi-screen server; all worked. 

Anyone interested in the diffs may request them by email. 
(these patches include both fix-1 and fix-2)
