When the vote is over, the group with the highest point total wins and the other two are rmgrouped. If you can show that the voting is valid and doesn't have a lot of highly politicized or questionable votes, the net will probably go along with the results -- and at the very least, there'll be a single group with spotty distribution instead of three groups with various parts amputated. But then, I'm not going to fix the aquaria problem.
