I think comp.sys.mac.apps is a better name than c.s.m.appl, from an
aesthetic standpoint and a practical one. The latter sounds like it
should be comp.sys.mac.apple (or is that comp.sys.apple.mac?), perhaps
a group for discussing the apple records lawsuit. Besides, Mac
hacks are always using "app" or "apps" as an abbreviation. I've never
seen "appl" used. Common, non-confusing abbreviations are better than
exotic and confusing ones...
